13th Street & Tejon street, Denver, Colorado, USA

The site is located in the industrial area of the city of Denver. The site had development barriers, including the South Platte river, I-25 and the existing rail lines. The study also revealed creative art industry in the east and west side of the site. This design proposal preserves the existing heavy industries and existing building typologies. The major interventions include consolidating the rail tracks, intensifying the urban development, promoting mix-use development on the site and connecting the fragmented art industry caused due to infrastructure barriers.
